All prices are calculated in U.S. dollars. An order confirmation will be sent immediately after the order is placed. Credit Cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in Your Cart. If you are paying through PayPal, check or money order you will have 5 business days from the day you place the order to pay in full or your order will be cancelled.

We strive to provide our customers with impeccable customer service and with the highest quality merchandise. Please understand that because most of our items are custom orders or handmade, we encourage you to make your selections carefully since any custom or personalized item will NOT be returnable or exchangeable. Also note that if your custom order is in production, we cannot cancel it due to its nature as a custom order and all sales will be final. Shipment Refusal: TOP
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the order. Lost or Damaged Returned Items: TOP
Chickie Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are being returned. For your protection we encourage you to send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Times and Ground Shipping Rates within the 48 Continental United States:
For Handmade, Custom or Personalized orders please allow 2 weeks. For all other orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For non personalized items we try our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order placement.
Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office.

At this time, we only ship to the United States, if you are outside of the continental US (Hawaii and Alaska only) please email us before placing your order for shipping rates.

Chickie Chic strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will be responsible for all postage. Upon receipt of your approved return, Chickie Chic will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are noted in either the product description or indicated in the shipping timeframe. Sales Tax: TOP
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Texas address of 8.25%. There is no sales tax charged for any other state. |
